The advent of this venture started with the immense desire of Ms. Rubylyzle A. Alrayes to put up a mushroom farm in Zamboanga City after returning from her nursing profession abroad. With the support of her partner and family, RURU MUSHROOMSwas launched in 2021.

With the help of various agencies such as WMSU ATBI, Ruru Mushrooms was trained and connected with various markets, and secured product visibility in different hotels, restaurants, and supermarkets in Zamboanga City.
