WMSU-ATBI conducts a meeting together with the VP-Resource Generation, VP-RESEL, CA-FoodTech, and SSF

The school canteen is an important part of the school experience, providing students with a place to eat and socialize during breaks. In order to grab the opportunity and expand their market, WMSU ATBI advocated incubatees food products.

The products are healthy and convenient snack/drink that is already being successfully sold in other agencies at reasonable prices.

Vice President for Research, Extension Services and External Linkages, Dr. Teresita A. Narvaez offered the use of the Vending Machine from WESMAARRDEC given by DOST-PCAARRD for providing additional storage and display equipment in order to properly stock and sell the product.

The Resource Generation Office lead by Dr. Fredelino San Juan OIC-Vice President gave positive feedback and recommendation in the guideline development for the care and management of products, among other.

Adding this new product to the school canteen’s menu is expected to generate additional revenue and provide students with a desirable new option. We believe that the acquisition of this new product will be a positive addition to the canteen and will be well received by our students.
